Environmental permit (building permit)

An environmental permit is a permit for building a structure and / or a permit for business activities that will cause potential nuisance to people and the environment (environmental permit).
In some cases you can build without a permit. The Environmental Law Decree lists the situations for which you do not need an environmental permit.

However, it must be according to the rules in the 2012 Building Decree. This contains minimum technical construction requirements in the areas of safety, health, usability and energy efficiency.

Environmental performance calculation of buildings
Are you applying for an environmental permit to build new-build homes? Or to build offices with a usable surface area greater than 100 m2? Then you need to add an environmental performance calculation of the building.
