Rapid Circular Contracting
Rapid Circular Contracting (RCC) and Rapid Impact Contracting (RIC) are specific procurement methods that do not put out pre-designed solutions, but award on the basis of partnership. The most suitable company is selected at an early stage, with which the most suitable solution is subsequently developed and realized in an emphatic collaboration between the client and the contractor.
The client formulates ambitions around the functionality to be procured. These ambitions form the award criteria in the tender. Awarding takes place on the basis of the Vision, Approach and Skills with which tenderers illustrate and explain their quality per ambition.
The RCC / RIC approach is an EMVI-oriented approach route. It is about awarding on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, selecting almost 100% on quality.
The RCC / RIC process has similar process steps as regular tenders, except that the order is different.
