Houseful

The EU-funded project HOUSEFUL proposes an innovative paradigm shift in the housing sector through circular economy. It will develop eleven services to manage in a circular and efficient way the use of water, waste, energy and material resources for all stages of a European building's life-cycle. The services are being demonstrated in four demo-sites in Austria and Spain and co-created with stakeholders in the housing value chain. The evaluation of the HOUSEFUL services is threefold: environmental (Life Cycle Assessment), economic (Life Cycle Cost) and social (Social Assessment). Moreover, ten European follower buildings will be engaged to replicate HOUSEFUL’s results and maximise its impact.
